LoopMatic

From enquiry
to organised lead.

A request arrives. The details are checked. A valid new lead goes into your CRM, without copying it by hand.

LeadFlow · Independent Make.com demo
Synthetic data, not a client project.

The everyday problem.

Requests arrive in different places. Someone has to check the details, copy them into a list and spot whether the same person has already contacted the business.

What this build does.

LeadFlow checks and organises the request before passing it to a Google Sheets CRM. Missing details and repeated requests get a clear outcome instead of another row.

Three requests. Different next steps.

Explore a simplified explanation of the demo’s rules. These controls do not run Make.com or write to a real CRM.

Ready for the CRM.

The required details are present. The new lead can be added to the CRM.

  • Create one record.
  • Keep the request ID so a repeat can be recognised.

More than moving a row.

The underlying package separates the checking rules from the CRM connection. It also covers conflicting requests and uncertain writes, where adding another record could make things worse.

Built around your tools.

This example uses Make.com and Google Sheets. A real project starts by checking your form, your CRM and the fields your team actually needs.

What exists.

A sanitized Make.com Core blueprint, a separate Google Sheets CRM adapter, typed contracts, synthetic examples, setup notes and recovery documentation.

What was checked.

The package’s structural and sanitization checks pass. They check blueprint structure, adapter boundaries, placeholders and example data. They do not certify a live deployment.

Before live use.

The client’s connections, request ledger, spreadsheet and configuration must be set up, tested and approved. No private execution logs or client results are presented here.
