When you visit this website.
Netlify hosts and delivers these pages. Delivering and securing a website involves technical information such as your IP address, the requested page, request time and browser information. This processing supports the legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure business website.
The website itself has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or embedded social-media feeds. Its fonts and images are included in the pages. Its code does not set cookies or use local storage. Hosting-related technical processing is separate from the page code. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
When you contact LoopMatic.
Email buttons open your chosen email service. Clicking a button does not send a message. If you contact LoopMatic, the information received can include your name, email address, business contact details and anything you put in the message or attachments. Please do not send passwords, access keys or unnecessary sensitive information.
The contact form collects your name, email address and message when you press Send message. Netlify receives and stores the submission, performs spam checks and sends an email notification to the LoopMatic business mailbox. Technical information, including your IP address and submission time, may be processed for delivery and spam prevention. The form has no file uploads and does not ask for a telephone number. Replies are sent by email.
This information is used to answer your enquiry, discuss a possible project and manage relevant correspondence. Where you request steps towards a contract with you, the legal basis is taking those steps. Correspondence with a business representative is handled on the legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing that relationship. Records required by law are kept to meet legal obligations. An enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.
If you previously used the contact form on an older version of this website, any retained submission is handled for the same enquiry purposes. That form was hosted by Netlify. Replacing the website does not itself delete earlier correspondence or submissions.
Service providers and other recipients.
Google provides the business mailbox for daniel@loopmatic.io. Netlify provides website hosting and delivery. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for a legal obligation or a legal claim. The website does not send your interactions with its examples to a CRM or automation service.
Google and Netlify use international infrastructure and service providers, so processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Their data-processing terms describe applicable safeguards, including European Commission standard contractual clauses where required. See Google’s data-processing terms and Netlify’s data-protection information. You can contact LoopMatic for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
How long information is kept.
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the conversation is active and while it is reasonably needed for relevant follow-up or the project discussed. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted, unless a legal obligation, an unresolved dispute or the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim requires it to be retained. Contractual and accounting records are subject to the applicable legal retention requirements. Technical hosting records are handled under the hosting provider’s service and security arrangements.
Examples and local controls.
The interactive examples use fictional records and run in your browser. They do not access Shopify, Make.com, a CRM or an email account. Reloading resets their state. The copy-email button writes the public email address to your clipboard only when pressed. These examples do not make decisions about real people.
Your rights.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Email daniel@loopmatic.io to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Client projects.
This notice covers the website and enquiries. Processing client or end-customer data in an automation project requires a separately agreed scope and appropriate contractual arrangements. External websites linked from these pages have their own privacy practices.
